  2. Train customer on how to operate each piece of equipment.

“When Northcrest decided that it was time to expand, I started looking for guidance and inspiration. I came across a webinar that Julie Halfpop had put together with Rick Moser: Projecting, Purchasing & Performing Preventative Maintenance on Capital Equipment. This webinar is still on the Martin Bros. web site and it is WORTH your time to watch. Martin Bros. wants to be a helpful resource and let me tell you Rick Moser is one of the best resources out there. I have spent the last year working with Rick and he has helped me have a voice in our new construction. Rick fought for an appropriate-sized kitchen and layout. The architects were pushing for their own ideas and Rick had the expertise behind his words that made my thoughts, ideas and designs heard.

Utilize Martin Bros., I can guarantee you that Rick Moser from Martin Bros. is one the most knowledgeable experts in the industry. Trust me, you will consider yourself lucky to work with Rick Moser form Martin Bros. I know I do...”
